Award Nominees Requirements

El Josco Awards honor Puerto Rican/Hispanic that meet the following requirements:

​

• The business is located and fully operated in Central Florida for at least two years and has more than 4 employees.

• A business owner must be of Puerto Rican/Hispanic descent.

• Served as a volunteer within the community of Central Florida.

• Generated positive impact on the community.

• Exhibited economic support of the Central Florida business community.

• Demonstrated exceptional growth through job creation.

• Provided innovative products or services.

• Delivered excellent reputation and customer service.

• Showcased exemplary models in advancing diversity and fostering a culture of inclusion within his/her workforce, supply chain, and in the communities his/her serves.
